STEP 12 – Allowing – observe evolve
The final step is all about allowing rather than judging.
When you judge something as negative you take on board the emotion of it.
In other words, judging attracts the emotion of what’s being judged. So when you judge someone as bad and find them annoying, in your judgement of them you attract the negative feelings to you.

STEP 10 – Manifesting – with intention
During most of your life you have been manifesting by default at an unconscious level without knowing it.
Everything that you don’t want in your life you manifested using your thoughts and focus.
This step will help you understand how the manifestation process works. To manifest something in this physical reality all you have to do is think about it often and it will come.

STEP 9 – Attraction – thoughts create
By now you should now have made your list of personal limitations and are ready to change them to support you.
At this point it's key to remember that it’s your thoughts that create new belief programs so you have to get repetitive and creative with your affirmations.
Your thoughts create what you experience in life. Knowing this means you can consciously direct your thoughts every day towards your new affirmations. The more you have them in your attention the quicker things will change.

STEP 7 – Tools – job done!
Get the right tool and you get the job done much better!
There are a number of tools available that will assist you in releasing negative emotions and limiting belief programs.
You can just do it using the power of your mind but most people find it easier to find a tool that helps them to access their power to change and seek relief from negative emotion and self sabotage.

STEP 6 – Emotions – reflect balance
Our emotions guide us through this experience and let us know at any time how we are doing, they reflect the internal balance and harmony in the physical body.
Remember, you are not your emotions; you are the awareness of them.
Emotions are triggered by beliefs and let us know what programs are running in background.

STEP 5 – Beliefs – programs running
First, understand that there is nothing wrong with you. You are not broken and you don’t need fixing.
You function perfectly according to the belief programs you have running in your unconscious mind or as I say, programs running in background.
Think about your computer and imagine owning it since you were born. Now imagine all those programs you would have installed during childhood that are still running in background right now. Think about that for a few moments.

What is the mind?
The mind is not physical and does not exist in your head or brain.
To ‘mind’ something means to ‘attend’ or ‘look after’ and in this sense your mind looks after how you experience this physical life and the beliefs you hold determine what you attract. Your mind is your personal mission control!

The human body is the only thing you ever really own during this physical life experience.
The human body is a biological computer operated by consciousness. Conscious awareness uses the mind to create the belief programs that run it.

STEP 2 – Understand – virtual realities
Have you ever heard the expression mind over matter?
Science has confirmed that all physical matter is the result of conscious thought. Think about that for a moment.
Look around you and you’ll probably notice that everything in the room first started as a thought in someone’s mind. Someone had an idea, thought about it and then manifested it into the physical. The best way to understand this physical reality is as a construct of your own consciousness.

With proper pain relief now being effective and new belief programs being created, you are now ready to start retraining your body.
Without the distraction of pain, you can start to become more active and able. Pace yourself slowly and take each day as it comes. Your body needs time to adjust to more activity, becoming stronger and more flexible.
Think about the thing that you want to do more of.... walking, cycling, running, golf, swimming, etc and make a list. Then move towards the activity you find most fun and take it easy at first. Just enjoy retraining your body to have more activity and fun.
