These terms of service (TOS) cover membership to this site and the purchase of personal coaching programs, DVD's or digital downloads from this site.
We invite our subscribers to enjoy all the features this site has to offer.
Please note: This site runs on automated software and memberships are not manually processed by humans, therefore you agree that you are totally responsible for the opening and closing of your account.
Disclaimers: The information and emotional freedom coaching we provide is intended to educate you about yourself. Please consult your doctor for any medical conditions. It is clearly not intended to replace a one-on-one relationship with a qualified health care professional and is definitely not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are under the care of any health professionals (or should be), we strongly encourage you to discuss modifications in your diet, lifestyle, exercise program, nutrition, or use of EFT with them prior to making any changes, and never discontinue or reduce prescription medications without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
Cancelling your membership: As part of your registration on this site, you also set up a separate payment instruction/subscription with paypal and when canclling on this site, you also need to cancel the payment instruction in your paypal account. If you notice in the future that you are still being billed after you cancelled on this site, it's because you haven't cancelled your payment instruction with paypal and it's still sending our site funds to renew your membership. Please also note refunds are not offered through Paypal as we are not responsible if you forget to cancel you subscription through Paypal.
We require that each subscriber abide by certain rules so that no one's rights are stepped on. Failure to abide by these rules can result in immediate termination of access to this site, without refund or recourse.
Do not share your login passwords, user names, premium content passwords or any site content. Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and will suspend the account responsible.
Due to international copyright issues we do NOT offer refunds on any of our DVDs or videos purchased through Paypal.
Downloaded items or digital files purchased through our cart are NOT refundable.
Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content doesn't mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please don't violate our copyright.
No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed except in classified ad forums. No bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere on the forums.
Please use your own name when posting to the discussion forums. Do not impersonate anyone else.
Treat other subscribers with courtesy and respect when posting messages to the discussion groups. No unnecessary name calling or abuse toward any subscriber is allowed.
Please avoid shouting (using all capital letters) in the discussion forums.
Do not use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language, or harass, abuse, or threaten other subscribers in the discussion forums. Do not libel or defame others. This site strongly disapproves flaming.
When you post content in the discussion forums, you permit this site to display and distribute the content, and to use it for advertising and promotion. You grant to this site the complete, perpetual, but non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sub-license, etc. the content in whole or in part, throughout the world and universe, on a royalty-free basis.
We do not try to edit or to monitor messages posted on the discussion forums, but we reserve the right to edit or remove objectionable postings. The person posting a message is solely responsible for it, not this site. Violators may be permanently banned from using the forums, or even have their subscriptions terminated.
Personalised coaching programs with David Childerley. Due to the amount of work involved in personalising the program, there are no refunds for cancellation once the program has started. Any discounted EFT sessions or packages are non refundable.
Returns or Damaged Goods. Any claims for refund needs to made within 14 days from time of order.
Any DVDs purchased through our site via Paypal are non refundable. A credit can be issued where the user can return the original DVD and choose another product.
Any DVDs that arrive damaged will be immediately replaced, the original DVD/DVDs must be returned to us.
All DVDs are shipped next business day, if for any reason you have not received your products we advise you to contact us immediately so we can track the package.
Cancellation policy for memberships: You can cancel at any time during your membership and your account will remain active for the period that you have paid for. Refunds are not given to monthly and yearly members.
